On the shopping cart page, you can update the quantity of seats you'd like to reserve and apply a gift code or voucher if you have one. The painting that is listed for each class is the painting that will be instructed. All materials are included: canvases, paint, brushes, aprons and easels, etc. Please arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself enough time to sign in and get settled, we begin the classes sharp. In case you are late from a class please let us know, you can join the classes maximum 30 minutes after the starting date, after that unfortunately your reservation cannot be modified or reimbursed.

Entering into our system for the first time, you need to create your own profile first by registering. In your profile, you will be able to check/modify your orders. On the shopping cart page, you can use your voucher by simply entering the code on the shopping cart page where it says "Coupon code". If you have multiple voucher codes you can add one after the other. For instance, if you want to buy multiple tickets, after adding one voucher code, you simply pay the remaining balance at checkout. In case you want to modify the date of your painting class you can do that 72 hours prior to the class. The system will send you a new coupon code that you can validate for one year (starting from the day of the purchase of the first voucher). In case you have a paper based voucher, please do not forget to bring it along.

In case you want modify or cancel a class please do it as early as possible, but 72 hours prior to the class the latest by logging into your account. In case you would like to decrease the number of the reserved tickets, please click on the minus icon. Your FessNeki account will be credited for the amount you paid with a credit card or voucher, and will be available to use toward any future class in the upcoming three months you decide to register for. When you are ready to book a new reservation, make sure you log into your FessNeki account. Choose a new class and add it to your shopping cart. Then, on the shopping cart page, click "Use Account Credit" before checkout. If you would like a refund to your credit card, please contact us within 60 days from the transaction date and we will gladly credit your card the full amount. After 60 days, no refunds will be issued. If you want book more seats to an existing order, please start the process from scratch at the www.fessneki.hu website.
